“Was expecting a curbside delivery which I was anxious about. Got up that morning to find the delivery had already been completed. The driver had used the grabber and lifted the delivery over a privet hedge into my front garden.
This driver absolute star, no messing about certainly impressed.
I will be placing another order very soon, as the quality of the timber was very good as was the service.
The only quibble was confirmation of delivery date would of been appreciated.”

When I enquired after 3 days about when I could expect the order, they Couldnt advise of any delivery date - said they wouldn't know until a driver had been to a different depot the following day. Ended up cancelling the order and getting a refund which was duly processed and getting compost from another supplier who delivered the next day.”
