“Really pleased with the customer service , especially Esther who made me aware the pot I had chosen didn't fit the plant. This was a housewarming gift for my son so really pleased. She was super helpful, both with new pot and my refund. My son loved his plant . Would recommend and definitely use Hortology again. Sarah”
