“We ordered a large pot for an indoor plant. The next day I received an email to say they only had one in stock and, on examining it before shipping, it had some minor flaws in the finishing (they attached 4 photos to show). In the email they offered a full refund, an exchange for a different pot or a 10% reduction if we wanted to accept the flawed pot. We accepted the (very slightly) flawed pot and received both the refund and the pot within 24hrs. I was really impressed, not just with the range and quality of items, but with their proactive and honest customer service too. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.”

“Somewhere between packing and delivery to my home, the Ceropegia Woodii suffered some extreme mishandling and was irrecoverable. As soon as I reported the condition to Hortology I was offered either a full refund or a replacement. I chose the latter. The replacement arrived in perfect condition, with new growth and looks very healthy in its new home. It is a young plant and I'm sure it will give me great pleasure as I watch it grow. Many thanks Hortology. Norman”

“Plant arrived in good state. Only comment is that the soil/compost was rather dry. If delivery had been delayed it might not have been in such a good state.”

“Fabulous selection and great information on website. I bought a succulent zebra cactus with and ‘Alice’ put. It arrived promptly and was in pristine condition. My daughter loves it!”

“First time shopping with Hortology and couldn’t fault from start to Finnish, I was in need of guidance as I needed a pet friendly plant and the easy to use website navigated me and filtered down my to suit my needs. The plant came quickly and in damaged, will definitely use again and recommend ( + my plant is stunning ) !!”

“Whilst the plants arrived on time, were healthy and extremely well packaged, one of the plants didn't look very much like the picture on the website. I queried this and was given a refund. Very good service”

“On the whole not bad, I’ve had 2 deliveries and about 8 plants and a pot so far. All plants have been really healthy and very well packaged with fast delivery! I did buy a larger plant on my last order that was at lest 10cm shorter than advertised, I was expecting a taller and fuller plant, what I received was not worth the money. Hortology advised I had received the correct plant and gave me 10% off or offered to collect the plant free of charge, although disappointing they were at least willing to take it back! I have kept the plant as it was a nice specimen. I have had one pot from them and it was very well packaged and a lovely pot. Despite a slight disappointment with my smaller than expected plant, I would buy again due to quality of the plants and their willingness to correct any issues.”
