“I was a first time customer of Hortology. The service I received was superb. The quality of the plant I ordered was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. Delivery was fast and the packaging was very secure with no damage at all to the plant. I will definitely be buying from Hortology again without a doubt. If you are looking for beautiful and healthy house plants then I highly recommend Hortology.”

“Plant was unfortunately pretty damaged during delivery. I understand transport can bend some leaves but unfortunately all the larger leaves were broken so I have an almost leafless plant now. They will eventually grow back but in the meantime it’s quite a disappointing look.”

“Historically, the orders I have placed have been excellent and arrived in great condition. This time, however, the plant was not the height advertised, had broken stems, and the nursery pot was also broken. Sadly, I won’t order from Hortology in the future. 22.02.22 update - Hortology issued an apology and part refund.”
