“Very pleased with the quality of the pots, so much so I've ordered several more! Their customer service is excellent, I got emailed to notify me that there was some slight damage to one of the pots and promptly offered an extra 15% discount if I wanted to go ahead - this is exactly how you should be treating your customers (which a lot of online companies do not do)!. The Pots were well packaged & generally a speedy delivery - no wonder a lot of their items are always out of stock!”

“Arrived looking quite disheveled and some leaves bent and broken. One had all its stems bent badly in the packaging and subsequently a few leaves turned brown within a few days.”

“Disappointed with quality and size of plant container . It was smaller than the measurement shown on label and did not fit the plant. Have given it to a relative. Will not be buying again. Problem since resolved and very happy with service provided.”

The sizes of the basket you selected can vary somewhat due to the way they are woven, however, we would expect them to be within the size tolerances stated on the product description.
