“The customer service (kudos to Esther) was outstanding. First off, I had ordered a pot that was too small for my chosen plant - Esther kindly checked this with me before despatching my items. When my pot arrived with a crack, Esther quickly sorted a new one and also helped me with additional items. My plant arrived well boxed and in good condition. Overall I am delighted with the service and products and price - the same plant was on a competitor website for >3 times the price. Will definitely use Hortology again!”

“I was a first time customer of Hortology. The service I received was superb. The quality of the plant I ordered was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. Delivery was fast and the packaging was very secure with no damage at all to the plant. I will definitely be buying from Hortology again without a doubt. “Plant was unfortunately pretty damaged during delivery. I understand transport can bend some leaves but unfortunately all the larger leaves were broken so I have an almost leafless plant now. They will eventually grow back but in the meantime it’s quite a disappointing look.”
