“Good quality products. I ordered a large, expensive pot which had sold out. I had no email to keep me in the loop about when it would be delivered. I had to contact the company in the end to ask when it would eventually come. I think better communication is needed.”

“Every plant I've ordered has arrived in excellent condition and is healthy and robust. Huge plus is an organised Saturday delivery service where I can sneak plants into the house ;-) Once when they were picking the order for me they weren't satisfied with the condition of the last remaining of that variety and sent me photos and offered to swap out or adjust the price. I also love some of the unique pots. In short - amazing plants and amazing service.”
