“Impressive selection of plants, fast delivery, obscene amounts of plastic packaging inside a good. sturdy cardboard box. Dutch growers will listen to big players such as Hortology, get rid of all those plastic sleeves please. Use vegetable ploythene if they must”

“I love shopping with Hortology but most of all I really appreciate all the information and tips etc to grow the plants. Maybe you could think of doing an online houseplant planting course as at 77 and gardening all my life and house full of houseplants I now know why they were all dying from reading your information. Excellent tips etc but I still need help.”

“I have had 2 orders with Hortology. Both times the plants came in an excellent condition, very well and neatly packed. Almost wrote - packed with love. All plants are growing nicely, some were put in the water to convert to semi-hydroponic, and they have good roots. Highly recommend this company”

“Like the pots and plants look healthy. Good Customer Service, who respinded quickly and positivley about my complaint regardss delvery-see below. Delivery appallling via parcel Force. Supposedly 24 hour, took from 13th to 18th March to arrive. So time from despatch to arrival was too long and risked damaging the plants. I informed Hortology who said they speak to Parcel Force as it had been sent next day delivery.”

“Plant healthy and as described. Well packed to survive delivery, absolutely spot on. Pot delivered at the same time, again well packaged and the pot does look very nice and compliments the plant placed in it. Overall, extremely pleased with the service I have received.”

“We needed to repot our dragon tree. Tried all the local retailers to find a nice pot. Couldn’t’t fund anything. Found Hortology online and they had a great choice of suitable pots. Ordered the one we liked most. It arrived in a few days, packed really well and it looks great. So I recommend Hotology for quality, price & service.”
