“I returned this purchase as it just wasn’t quite right for my space (color looked a little different than pictured and I shouldn’t have ordered quite such a large size). But it was a beautiful planter, well packaged and postage was quick. I am awaiting my refund and it is disappointing that return postage is at the buyer’s expense as these pieces are not cheap to send, but I can’t fault the customer service team who replied to my returns query in a timely manner. I trust my refund will be processed in good time, and I’ll make an alternative purchase.”

“Always beautiful pots! Really high quality well packed pots. I brought this one for the front of the house and it didn't disappoint. It was expensive but it was very high quality so it felt well worth it!!”

“Excellent service from order to delivery. Communication great. Packaging excellent. Apparently the African Milk Tree will survive as long as you follow the instructions. It really is a beautiful plant.”

“I have used Hortology for a few years and they’re service is excellent the pots are stunning and the packaging is second to none , if they feel no two pots are not the nearly the same as I have bought about 10 Sanna pots they will contact you and send pics to see if you are happy ,, so all in all a very personal and helpful company”
