“Plants arrived over 2 weeks after ordering them (only because I sent an email asking where they were), they arrived in an OK condition. Some dead and broken leaves. They where smaller than expected, especially for the price paid. I would say it is a one time experience for me and I will stick to buying from local shops and garden centres for better quality products.”

Hi Georgia Thank you for your comments. I have looked into this for you and the delay was due to the fact you ordered an item that was out of stock and showing as only available on a 1-2 week lead time. There were a few extra days delay than usual due to the Easter break where our growers were close dso we did not have fresh plants arriving over that period, Our plant sizes are provided on the website, including the size of the grow pot and an indicative height. We are very sorry to hear you feel they were smaller than expected. It is not possible to give exact plant heights, but they should always be there or thereabouts, but the grow pot size should always be accurate and this is usually a good indicator of maturity for the plant purchased. “Most beautiful plants arrived in perfect condition from ordering to my plants arriving was all very straight forward and opening the beautiful packed plants was wonderful filled all my expectations and more I would most definitely recommend Hortology and if I need more plants in the future I will have no hesitation in ordering from them.”

“I had a problem with one of my Lemon Lime’s, communication wasn’t great and it made my delivery slower than usual. I also wasn’t overly impressed with my pothos, much smaller than expected and smaller than what they looked like online. It’s a shame as I order plants for work often.”

“They were absolutely brilliant - ordered wrong size pots for plants I ordered and they got in touch to sort it out BEFORE they shipped! The plants were brilliantly packaged so no earth in box and came out untouched. Really impressed with the products and the amazing service”
