“First time I have ordered from Hortology and I have found them excellent - a good selection of plants to choose from. My order arrived very quickly with Parcelforce, and I was amazed at how good the packing was, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. I will certainly be using Hortology again.”

“Beautiful maidenhair fern and lovely pot! The pot was even better than in the photo. Will be saving up for another treat soon. Also bought a glass spray bottle and my houseplants are loving it. Quick delivery too.”

“The pot itself is absolutely stunning. A piece of art in its own right. HOWEVER, I was not very happy about the ordering process. When you are ordering on a mobile device (and this may even be true for desktop/laptop orders), you go to pay, then see: - The item - The price - Different options to pay I chose to pay by Apple Pay and the order was placed. However, it is not until you see the 'Thanks for your order' screen, that you see the final price. After the fact, I saw a pot price, a delivery fee and VAT added, raising the price quite a bit higher than the price I thought I was paying. I would not have minded paying the final price for the pot IF I'd have known what the total was before I paid. It really is all in the communications.”
