“The plant pots I bought were not quite the right colour so I wanted to return them. The return process was not straightforward and I would have paid more in postage than I paid for the items so I just kept them. Will not purchase from you again.”

“Really nice pots but the sizing on the website for both pots (from separate collections) were not accurate, so I’d be careful if you’re wishing to purchase specific sized pots.”

Pot sizes can vary to some extent due to their handmade nature but the sizes provided should always be there or thereabouts. If they are significantly different and they are therefore unsuitable we would usually offer a free collection to return them. “Items exactly as advertised which sometimes does not happen. Second order from Hortology and would use them again. Quick delivery. Would highly recommend. Looking for square white ceramics pots but unfortunately they do not have these.”
