They are great communicators - if there's likely to be a delay in their response to your query, they will let you know, and their answers are always thorough and substantive. Such a high level of post-purchase responsiveness is increasingly rare these days, and when considered alongside the pristine quality of their plants, it’s hard to find a single fault with Hortology.”
