Hello Joanna, Thank you for your order and review, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the colour/shade of your pots. We do show a selection of images on our pot product pages to show the variation in the colour/shade we expect to see. As they are handmade, every one is unique and we do mention on their page that slight imperfections and variations may occur in colour, shape and size. “Although I am happy with the plants and pots the delivery was flawed - I waited all day at home, after being given a time window when it would arrive, and then the order never turned up and I had to wait a couple more days for it. Not ideal for the plants to spend days in a dark box.”

“Good selection of plants with helpful information. Plants arrived in good order. One star deducted because so much plastic involved in securing plants inside cardboard container - needs a plastic-free alternative. And one stem of Jade plant simply fell off two days after arrival. Otherwise pleased.”

“Have ordered several pots of varying sizes and plants with Hortology over the past year. All have arrived very securely packaged and the plants are in excellent condition. I inadvertently ordered an incorrect planter and then contacted Hortology who very quickly and efficiently corrected my mistake. I highly recommend.”
