“I am happy to send plant pots from Hortology as gifts to friends and family. Knowing I'm sending a present of good quality and of inspiring and pleasing design. A pot that will sing from any corner of the room, and that will also make the recipients very happy. Really good products and value for money.”

Hi Martin Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you do not feel we are value for money as we do our best to keep our prices as competitive as possible. We also subsidise our delivery costs quite significantly. When only ordering very small plants we do appreciate that £4.99 may seem a lot relatively speaking, however delivery is a flat rate for all orders up to a value of £150 and you can get a lot of pots and plants for the same delivery charge making it very cost effective. “I've shopped with Hortology eight times in the last 3 years and every time their service was outstanding. I have also used their main competitors twice in that time and on both occasions their competitors were below par when compared with Hortology: in fact, I would say that they "weren't a patch" on Hortology both in terms of quality of products and customer service.”
