“I bought this pot recently and I am really happy with it. Delivery really quickly, perfect packaging as usual and the pot is exactly as described on the website. I am thinking of buying another one but bigger to repot other plant.”

“Bought a Lindy ochre plant pot. It was the biggest size. Communication was great. I received an email telling me the pot they had was not perfect. They sent me photos and gave me a choice of waiting for a new pot or a discount on the pot they had. I opted to take the discount. Pot arrived quickly and well packed. The light glaze in parts just adds to the character of the pot. It looks amazing with the plant in it and I am highly delighted.”

“I am really satisfied with the quality of my orders and the service and support provided by HORTOLOGY, I can even say it was the best online shopping experience. It is the first time to buy plants from HORTOLOGY, it would be the same as normal customers, I had no idea about what kind of plants I would receive, what the quality is, or whether the plant might be damaged during the delivery process (because I ordered some pots, some small plants and a relatively big Money Tree), etc. When I completed my order, I received an email from HORTOLOGY Service Team, it said one of my orders needs to wait a while but the rest of the orders are available, they asked my preference whether I want the available orders first, or I want all orders together. Meanwhile, they showed me some clear photos of one pot I ordered and told me about an imperfection in the darker base section as well as provided me with the solutions. Since everything was agreed upon, the email of shipping confirmation also includes a process of 'How to unbox plants', HORTOLOGY has definitely taken customers' expectations and needs into account, to avoid the potential damage of inappropriate action to the plants. When I received my orders, the quality is pretty good, but my selection of pot size may get some problems, they are a bit big for my plants. However, it does not matter to me as the plants will grow. If I will purchase plants, I will undoubtedly choose HORTOLOGY. Details determine everything!”

“Plant and pot arrived in great condition - sent as a gift, which the recipient was thrilled with. Customer services were incredibly helpful in letting me know I had picked the wrong size pot for my order and helping me get it fixed without delaying the order.
