“My plant and ornamental pot both arrived really well packed and in perfect condition despite the delivery arriving upside down! The experience would only be better if i had known exactly which day it would arrive. I was cautious about buying online but the plant is lovely and healthy.”

“I had never thought of sending a potted plant as a gift before but the plant arrived in great shape and my mum was delighted. Service from Hortology was above and beyond. A rep alerted me that the pot I had chosen was too smal at the neck for the plant and I was able to replace it with a new one before shipping. On the downside, the plant and pot combo I had chosen were suggested by Hortology's website in the first place. Still, I was impressed the rep had picked up on the error.”

“Very good service although delivery was a little delayed by Hortology correctly querying pot size to go with plant. However, I have to say the issue which was pot height, as opposed to pot diameter, was not mentioned on the website, at least as far as I can tell). Responses to emails were received within 24-36 hours. Delivery was on time once queries had been sorted.”
