“The assistant called me to say that the planter was too small for the size of the pot. This was extremely thoughtful. The plants arrived well wrapped.”

“The customer service at Hortology was amazing. They listened and had an absolute super understanding of what my needs were once I discussed them. They have a sound historical knowledge of all kinds of plants Which made it so much easier for me to select the right plants for my environment. The packaging was great. My plants arrived in a well aired plant box. On arrival, my plants were in excellent condition. Hortology kept me well informed at the different stages until my plants were safely in my home. Thank you Hortology for advising and guiding me every step of the way.”

“Great pot. Great service. Pot very well packaged and arrived quickly. My second pit from this company and would definitely recommend as it's impossible to find larger pots in shops.”

“Amazing quality of pots, by far much better than you can find or see in any shop.”

“We love the color of the pot which blends well with the decor. We have to repot the Yucca plant from the existing pot as the base diameter of the new pot is too small (we have to drill holes at the bottom).”
