“I found the website was really informative with good measurements and descriptions of the products. Ordering was easy and straightforward and good information on when my pot would be delivered. Haven’t used Hortology before but will definitely use them again and would recommend.”

“I ordered a Gollum Jade plant online from Hortology several weeks ago. The plant was packaged very well and received in perfect condition. I was really surprised on how healthy the plant is and obviously cared and grown for very well. I will definitely purchase from Hortology again and highly recommend to everyone 👍”

“I was amazed and delighted by my purchase. It arrived very quickly, was delivered on time and as instructed. And the Aspidistra Cumnor was in perfect condition. I think it will be happy in its new home...I live in a village called Cumnor!! How's that for a coincidence? Dianne”

“What a great company and the customer service is first class! The pots id chosen had tiny chips in the base and Hortology emailed me asking if I wanted to accept them with a 10% discount or change them! I’ve ordered from this company before and they’re always great! Everything comes do well packaged too.”

“Ok so ufortunately this isnt going to be a completely glowing report. Lets start with the good. The website was clear, concise and easy to move around, it was super helpful to know which plants fit in which pots, I wish more websites did this. My package arrived on time and was very well wrapped. The bad? My plant was slightly taller thank the box in was delivered in and therefore the plant was resting at an angle which destroyed some of the foliage, this is unfortunate because the plant is otherwise quite healthy looking. I've never owned one of these plants before so I'm hoping I can nurse it to looking good again. In the mean time I've placed it in a way where the damaged parts cant really be seen.”
