“This order arrived very carefully packaged. The plant was received safely in Guernsey via a delivery route through Portsmouth. It is strong and healthy. We look forward to giving it a good home. The service from Hortology UK was also very considerate and helpful. Thank you again.”

“Ordered 4 plants for my son’s birthday.Although the box was damaged I assume by DPD the plants inside the box were well packaged and undamaged They were sent quicker than expected . My son is very pleased with them. They all looked to be in a very healthy condition. So much so he’s ordered some more himself.”

“Totally worth the wait for my Esra Plant pot. It was packed very carefully, there was no chance of it getting damaged in transit. The plant pot was absolutely beautiful and I’ve had compliments about it. I will be buying from here again definitely.”

“We ordered a Charlotte Plant pot 30x33 spiced ochre. We were promptly informed that the pot was faulty and given either a discount or wait for new stock to arrive. We waited and within days our new pot arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased! Communication was excellent and I would recommend this company!”
