“Ok so ufortunately this isnt going to be a completely glowing report. Lets start with the good. The website was clear, concise and easy to move around, it was super helpful to know which plants fit in which pots, I wish more websites did this. My package arrived on time and was very well wrapped. The bad? My plant was slightly taller thank the box in was delivered in and therefore the plant was resting at an angle which destroyed some of the foliage, this is unfortunate because the plant is otherwise quite healthy looking. I've never owned one of these plants before so I'm hoping I can nurse it to looking good again. In the mean time I've placed it in a way where the damaged parts cant really be seen.”

“The plant saucer is exactly what I needed for a larger patio pot. I like the sloping edges that allow for any overfowing water. I will definately use this supplier again.”

“Plant arrived exactly as pictured and in really good health. Fits perfectly in the pot that was purchased alongside it. Pot itself is simple and elegant, exactly what I wanted. The plant is doing very well, already growing new leaves. Very happy with the packaging of it also.”

“Comprehensive website - amazing selection of both plants and pots etc. Gave a large plant plus non-soil planting medium and pot etc to my grandson and he is delighted with it. Items are expensive but justifiably so.”

“great service, they made sure i didn’t buy the beautiful flower pot with any faults. I love it and it looks great . i just wish it had a hole at the bottom for the plant but i will work around this,”

“I used Hortology for the first time recently and am very happy to recommend. The plant I ordered had a slight defect which was raised by the picker. Charlotte emailed photos of the plant and offered a discount if I still wanted it which I accepted. Plant was dispatched promptly and arrived well packed. I would not have noticed any “defect” as it was just some slight browning on 1 or 2 leaves but I am really pleased with the quality of the service and product I received from Hortology.”
