“Bought this as a Christmas present, very carefully boxed so arrived in good shape very quickly. Recipient’s very happy with the pot. It’s a lovely bright colour, nice and solid and looks great on their table. Would deffo look at buying one for myself in the future, it’s lovely. Very pleased with my purchase.”

“Customer service can’t be beat. They found small imperfections in two large pots I ordered (I wouldn’t have noticed) and offered to let me pick other pots instead or take a 15% discount. Was very happy with the experience. The packing was also super-secure, it would be impossible for the pots to arrive broken.”

“Hortology were a brilliant company to order from, they kept me updated on my order and when one pot arrived with a chip on it they apologised and sent a new one out the same day which arrived in perfect condition. Both pits I ordered are lovely quality and I would purchase from them again.”

“Superb quality. The plant was really packed well and arrived in excellent condition. There were two sizes of plant to choose from and I chose the larger one and it was so big I ended up having to split it into two ,I think the smaller size would enough .But I am very pleased with the purchase.”
