“I got contacted by Ellen soon after placing my order to tell me that there was a small mark; she sent several pictures. She offered me a 10% discount or a cancellation. I went with the discount and the mark was minuscule, I might not even had noticed it. Elle was always extremely responsive; it was great customer service. The flower pot itself is lovely, even nicer than in the picture.”

“My hydro plant is beautiful & doing really well. The hydro kit came with everything needed. The hydro plant is a talking point when anyone sees it for the 1st time. The staff at Hortology were excellent when I contacted them”

“Couldn’t be happier. Well packaged and delivered promptly. I knew the size of the pot I was getting but even so the size of the plant in that pot exceeded my expectations, so pretty delighted with my purchase! Will certainly use Hortology again.”

“Very easy to place can order. The measurements provided to help purchase the right sized pot were very helpful. Quick delivery and although a lot of packaging, if was all recyclable and the pits were very well protected. Would use again”
