“I had not come across Hortology before but they had pots that I had been looking for and could not find locally. The pot was perfect and arrived quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.”

“My plants and pots arrived safely. Everything was really really well and securely packaged so there was no spillage of compost or damage to the plant leaves. I've ordered different plants and pots online three times now from other suppliers and by far Hortology have been the best for care, quality and the effort they've put in to it all from start to finish. My plants are beautiful, healthy and doing well and I'm extremely pleased”

“Best service I have received from an online order in a long time! Ordered Saturday evening. Delivered 9.30 Monday morning with standard delivery. Packaging may have been a little much (huge box and lots of paper wrapping for 2 plant pots) but good to know they care about safe transport of their goods and all recyclable. Product was even better in real life than the pictures too. Already earmarked our next purchase. Thank you and keep up the great work!”

“My plant pot is lovely, just like on the website, the packaging I'm not quite so sure about, the box it came in was way too big, I thought I'd been sent a plant as well! Maybe something could be done about that.”

“I have ordered twice recently from Hortology. Both times there has been prompt and efficient service and carefully packaged products. I forgot one item on my order last time and sent an email requesting an addition liner which was included (at no additional cost). I highly recommend Hortology and will be returning again soon....very soon, one of the pots I ordered was too big (i measued by plant incorrectly), so will be ordering a smaller one. Thank you to the Hortology team :)”
