“Whilst the plants have settled well, there was too much tape used to hold them in place for transportation. When removing the tape from each plant, some leaves came away from the plant which is somewhat disappointing.”

Hi Paul We are really sorry to hear about this. We use some tape to hold the plants in position in its transit tray but this should not be on the plant itself and should not result in lost foliage. We will look into how your order was packed to determine if we can do something differently to avoid this happening in the future. “I was so impressed with delivery and packaging. Plant seemed to be in brilliant condition on delivery, I bought a watermelon peperomia. However its dropped several leaves daily since. I don't know if its been traumatised by travelling or its to do with a temperature change/ wrong time of year to buy.”

Hi Laura We are sorry to hear your pant is dropping leaves. It may be that it has a little too much water at this time of year. Peperomia are succulents and prefer to be allowed to dry out a little. “Hortology exceeded my expectations. My weeping fig arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. It was in excellent condition and had been very well packed for its journey.
