“I ordered the Sansevieria cylindrica Straight and I’m so happy with it! It arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was brilliant too – really secure and clearly done with care. This was my first time buying a plant from Hortology (I’ve only bought pots before), and I’ll definitely be ordering more. Great quality all round!”

“I ordered the Noor pot plant in velvet green. There was a short delay in delivery as the pot identified was damaged, but I was kept fully informed and different options to progress were offered. I decided to wait for the Noor pot, it was well worth the wait. I’m delighted with my pot, it is very stylish and compliments my plant perfectly.”

“Hortology have provided an excellent service. The staff were so helpful guidng me to the right plant and gave me all the right information on what I needed in terms of a pot and accessories. A first class, personal service that I can highly recommend. The plant and pot are both gorgeous and just what I needed. 5***** and I will definitely be using their fabulous service again.”

“The 'baby rubber plant' I received this week arrived very well packaged and in good condition despite some damage in transit to the box. It is as shown on the website healthy and beautiful and a joy. My first experience of Hortology but probably not the last”

“The Delta Maidenhair Fern came on time and in excellent condition and was well wrapped in a cardboard Box. It hasn't looked back and is growing well. I would have given 5 stars if paper tape had been used instead of sellotape to secure the plant inside the box.”
