“My order was poorly packaged, and most plants in the order were damaged on arrival or not as described/pictured. The customer service team were not able to resolve my complaint. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

This customer has confirmed this review was made in error and relates to an alternative plant supplier. The items ordered on this occasion were plant pots. They will be amending the review.

“Very happy and so were the plants we received. The pots we bought are excellent and even better than the images. One of the pots arrived with a fault that we could not accept due to it being a gift but this was resolved quickly and conveniently. Will definitely be back.”

Hi Benjamin We have checked back on the size of the planter ordered, it should have an opening of around 12.5cm so would be suitable for plants in grow pots around 11.5-12cm. As far as we can tell we did not supply the plant, but it looks to be a Monstera in a grow pot much larger than this? “I ordered a plant pot which arrived within a couple of days of me ordering. Very fast service. Unfortunately the pot had a crack, but I got in touch via the website and they instantly shipped a replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service. Plant pot looks great, very pleased. I'd thoroughly recommend.”

“The item, a watering can is completley useless. The opening at the top of it is so large that even if you fill the can up half full, it still pours out through the opening rather than the spout when you tilt it. Not sure how anyone can come up with such a design then not even test it.”

Hi Elly Thank you for your feedback. Certain plants are harder than others to ship without some stem damage. Pachira almost always has some minor transit damage. We include details that this is likely to happen on our product page. Fortunately with fast growing plants such as Pachira, the damaged stems can be removed at their base and they are quickly replaced. Hi Eve Thank you for your feedback. As a general rule we do not part ship orders unless specifically requested to do so. Given the size of our parcels and also that many contain a plant and pot, we have found that most customers preference is to receive the order all together. Your order included a large planter that we do not hold in stock. This was shown on the website as being a "special order" item with a 1-2 week lead time and a message to confirm that your order would be dispatched once all have all items in stock.
