“I bought a prickly pear cactus and a beautiful pot. Easy site to navigate and pay for items. Everything arrived undamaged and excellently packaged with clear unpacking instructions written on the box. The cactus was healthy, and in bloom, a beautiful healthy plant. I will be buying much more from them, a great,pain free experience.”

“I received an email from Hortology to say the pot I ordered was the last available and it was damaged, so I could order a replacement or wait until a new supply arrived. I ordered an alternative and the response was positive. I'm very happy with this supplier. I've used them many times and am always impressed.”

“I only leave reviews if something out of the ordinary happens with an order. There was an issue with my first order with Hortology. My package was damage whilst with the courier. My issue was resolved with a single message via the Hortology website. I got a quick response telling me how the issue would be resolved, and it was resolved quickly. When the package did arrive it was really well packed. They deserve 5 stars”
