“Rally good quality plant pot, far better than we expected however despite us checking the measurements we were unable to use it for the intended plant due to the thickness of the pots walls. The shape and wall thickness made the pot smaller than expected but it’s to nice to return so we are keeping it .”

“Purchased a golden pothos which fits in a pot with a 16cm opening as well as a pot with a 16cm opening. They arrived fairly quickly but the plant did not fit in the pot, which was disappointing to say the least. The pothos is great though, but it's a shame I had to go out and buy another pot to fit it in”

“Delivery driver handed me the plant upside down - despite the packaging saying "this way up" with arrows. I heard the plant matter falling around inside the box - quickly corrected the delivery driver and made it the right way round. Plant was slightly damaged inside once opened. Hopefully nothing long term or that a bit of growing won't fix.”

“This was the second order of pots I have made, once again they came really securely packaged and look great! I also ordered a plant which was not quite so good. It was packaged in a plastic bag, which had been tied at the top and bent some of the plant over damaging it. Not terrible but a simple mistake which could’ve been easily avoided.”

“Second order from Hortology and as before the item is great and looks fantastic. Item was well packaged and dispatched swiftly - unfortunately the courier service (APC) used were problematic compared to competitors! While they confirmed the date of delivery the day before there was no indication of time, they will not leave item with Neighbour or in safe place so waited in all day and still missed them!!!!???? Ended up driving (1 hour round trip) to pick item up from depot as they were unable to confirm delivery time (even AM or PM) on any given day! Suggest Hortology look at more client focussed delivery companies!”

Hello John, Thank you for your order and review, we have reported this issue to APC as you should have received a two hour delivery window on the day of delivery. We can only apologise you didn't receive this email. As for leaving things safely/ with neighbours, our couriers will only do so if the instruction has been added when placing your order. This removes the option for drivers to leave things, especially plants in cooler conditions etc. We shall reach out directly to resolve this for you. Your Hortology Team
