“Plants were all in fantastic condition will definitely order again. One very small thing the communication regarding delivery was not the greatest. Delivery was slower than expected but was worth the wait”

We are sorry to hear you didn't think our delivery communication was great, looking back your order was placed on a Friday afternoon and we aren't open weekends. Your order was then dispatched on the Monday and delivered the next day. Once dispatched we email the shipment notification email which has the tracking number and courier info on. “It’s not my first order and this time for the first time I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the plant. It looks healthy but many leaves were trimmed to hide the brown dry edges. Leaves were also incorrectly wrapped which means they got damaged in transit. At £50 I’d expect a perfect, well maintained plant I hope my one will bounce back at home and soon new leaves will hide the cut outs and imperfections”

“Lovely pots, although I was hoping they would be more rust coloured than black. I feel the lip at the top is going to make them impossible to repot, which is very annoying given how expensive they were. There was a massive amount of packaging used.”

“My order took a while to come, because of bank holidays and delivery delay. However, when received, the plants were well packaged and secure. The tips of some leaves had been knocked off, but I guess that's hard to avoid during transportation. The pots are amazing and I'm really loving the plants - and hopefully, they will enjoy their new home also! The website is easy to use and payment was painless. I like how they suggest pots for the plants!”

“Although I am happy with the plants and pots the delivery was flawed - I waited all day at home, after being given a time window when it would arrive, and then the order never turned up and I had to wait a couple more days for it. Not ideal for the plants to spend days in a dark box.”

“Good selection of plants with helpful information. Plants arrived in good order. One star deducted because so much plastic involved in securing plants inside cardboard container - needs a plastic-free alternative. And one stem of Jade plant simply fell off two days after arrival. Otherwise pleased.”
