“I returned this purchase as it just wasn’t quite right for my space (color looked a little different than pictured and I shouldn’t have ordered quite such a large size). But it was a beautiful planter, well packaged and postage was quick. I am awaiting my refund and it is disappointing that return postage is at the buyer’s expense as these pieces are not cheap to send, but I can’t fault the customer service team who replied to my returns query in a timely manner. I trust my refund will be processed in good time, and I’ll make an alternative purchase.”

“Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Thursday. Very well packed. Almost too well. Individually bagged. 2 of the 3 plants were in great condition. My Silver bay had yellowing leaves and some damage...”

“Like the pots and plants look healthy. Good Customer Service, who respinded quickly and positivley about my complaint regardss delvery-see below. Delivery appallling via parcel Force. Supposedly 24 hour, took from 13th to 18th March to arrive. So time from despatch to arrival was too long and risked damaging the plants. I informed Hortology who said they speak to Parcel Force as it had been sent next day delivery.”

“Lovely plants arrived in excellent condition. The pots were beautiful too. Delivery took a week but good things are worth waiting for. I was somewhat disappointed that one plant, which I had been waiting on notification for because it was out of stock, went out of stock again in less than 24 hours because staff were slow to reply to my email requesting it be added to my order. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.”
