“This is the only plant company I’ve transacted with which had the integrity to flag a plant wasn’t fit for sale before they sent it out, and they gave me the opportunity to select another plant. I loved this. When my selection did arrive it was in exceptional condition, pest free and packaged with real care.”

“Nice pot. Quite pricey and took over two weeks to deliver, and they offered me a 10% discount as there was some minor damage. Giving 4 stars despite this, because the pot is what I was looking for and I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I appreciated being offered the discount as the small imperfection is easily hidden from view.”

“The 2 orange christmas cactus were pink! Not impressed. The plants looked OK though but now giving them as Xmas presents. Haven't complained so don't know about the customer service side of things.”
