“Everything is reasonably priced and came as listed. The customer service is absolutely brilliant; Allix contacted me soon after I ordered letting me know a plant I had ordered had some browning (attached multiple photos for me) and offered a discount or a new plant. Really appreciated the transparency as well as the responsiveness! Order arrived quickly and with updates along the way - packaged securely and without all the plastic! Highly recommend!”

“Ordered 4 plants for my son’s birthday.Although the box was damaged I assume by DPD the plants inside the box were well packaged and undamaged They were sent quicker than expected . My son is very pleased with them. They all looked to be in a very healthy condition. So much so he’s ordered some more himself.”

“We ordered a Charlotte Plant pot 30x33 spiced ochre. We were promptly informed that the pot was faulty and given either a discount or wait for new stock to arrive. We waited and within days our new pot arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased! Communication was excellent and I would recommend this company!”
