“New customer to Hortolgy and was extremely pleased when I received my order. The cactus are very healthy and full of buds so will soon be in full bloom. Speedy delivery and well boxed to prevent damage to the plants. Best packaging I've seen for mail order plants. Certainly recommend this company and am positive will be using them again. “This was my first time ordering a houseplant online, so I was probably not the easiest of customers! I wanted to purchase a plaited Pachira Aquatica (Money Tree), but had quite precise needs in terms of size, appearance and delivery date. After emailing four online businesses for further details, Allix from Hortology proved to be by far the most helpful, quickly sending me the initial information I needed and answering further questions the following day. A Saturday (next day) delivery was requested and my plant duly arrived on time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t recommend Hortology more highly and will certainly use them again for my next ‘hard to find’ plant purchase!”

“Good product - but I thought the delivery was very slow until I discovered the sodden package hidden by the corner of my house in a flower bed. Luckily, the Citrus feed is in a plastic bottle So is unaffected.”

“First time I’ve ordered…saw the African milk plant on holiday and had to get one the second we got home! Found Hortology on a Google search for the plant and I’m so glad I found them! The plant came perfectly packaged and very big too with plenty of growth, more than I expected, and is lovely quality (if you can call a plant lovely quality like it’s man made!) and I’m really pleased with it! Will definitely order from you guys again! The packaging was flawless and very careful unlike some other plant companies. Thank you!”
