“Absolutely stunning Ming Aralia, a plant I have wanted for years, and the quality, size and brilliant packaging cannot be faulted. I am so happy with the plant. Only drawback is not being able with any ease to telephone for a quick answer to a question, had to wait for a next day return email in the end. My question could've been answered the same day in an instant. However, I guess I can always look for specific care information online.”

“Ihave used Hortology over the years and have never been let down. Delivery has always been speedy, the packaging is exemplary so that each and every planr arrives in excellent condiition. My most recent order contained large plants and, without exception, they were in fine condition and easy to unpack. The Branched Dracena has drawn many positive comments already and people are amazed when I saw I bought it online and it arrived by Courier. It is sturdy and has truly bright, fresh, colourful foliage - it makes quite an impact in my hall as people enter and can't help but notice it. The other plants in my order were in equally excellent condition and are all thriving in their new home. One may have to pay more to Hortology than for "supermarket quality" BUT it is worth every penny to receive healthy, long lastingplants in a truly excellent condition that have obviously been well looked after. I would highly recommend this company and also the copper-spike water device that makes sure my liteel "indoor garden" doesn't get over-watered.”

“Hi there. The order was for four pots and four plants. I was informed after the order was placed that one of the plants wasn't of the right qulity to send. I therefore told customer support I'd prefer to cancel the plants and sourse those myself. I then decided to take the original 3 plants and source another locally. Seemed to work OK. The local market has a plant stall. Then I had to match inner pot etc.”
