“Hortology is my go-to site for plants and accessories. This was the third order from them and it was delivered very quickly, within a couple of days with update emails in the meantime. This time only 4 stars as the quality of the plant (curly spider plant) was not quite top notch, many of the leaf tips were dried and blackened. I think it will be ok in the long run and I didn’t contact customer services as the plant is for myself but I’d been less than happy if I’d ordered it as a gift. Still, overall I’m happy to use Hortology and would recommend it to others.”

“We were given a voucher for Christmas which I eventually spent some of recently. Never dealt with the company before and we live very, very remotely. Amazing customer service. The large outdoors pot arrived in two days - never usually get that where we live - and the product was really good quality and well packed. It said I could drill more drainage into the pot which we successfully have and now planted my first alpine plants. Would definitely order again from Hortology.”

“Staff are very helpful and friendly. Processed the order quickly and were very prompt with responses. Hello Masa, Thank you for your feedback, I can see you ordered some quite slow growing plants. Theoretically, these shouldn't need repotting immediately and will be quite happy as they are. Though should you wish to grow the plants in terms of their size and foliage then repotting is definitely the best option. “Great delivery time but plants were horribly squashed. Packaging was horrendously done: tape across leaves meaning my spider plants were all ruined. I’ve only given 2 stars for the delivery but I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend. There are better web plant sellers out there…”
