“Arrived to the correct address! We live on a farm with many dwellings and usually our mail/deliveries go missing! So thumbs up for this!!! Also my plant pot was carefully packaged so it would break!! Love my pot and can't wait to buy a new one👌”

“Plants were packaged very well and were in excellent condition when they arrived. The plants were bushy and healthy. I waited around 7 days for the delivery, which is more than fine because the plants should be happy when they're leaving their nursery. The pots are very beautiful too. Will definitely order from Hortology again.”

“Bought a Peperomia argyreia, it came carefully packaged but still pretty crumpled. Decent service but didn't wow me - I would not go out of my way to use Hortology again, but wouldn't hesitate to use it if I saw it had a plant I really wanted.”

“Delivery was quick and it was easy to order, but the plants looked a little sad on arrival, especially the large one. A couple of the leaves had been bent back and snapped where it had been packaged and I don't think this would have happened if it had been packaged with more care.”
