“I have used Hortology a couple of times, and have always got 5* service. Whether it was asking about products or just making enquiries someone has always come back to me with an positive friends answer. “I paid a fortune in postage for a plastic plant pot, that I hoped would be the right side for my pottery house plant pot, sadly it was not. The cost of the postage is too high for me to try again. Local garden centres did not have the right size either.”

“Dead one arrival. One of the plants I received on my order was battered and with the roots damaged within the pot, only a couple of sprouts managed to survive.”

“I have ordered both plants and plant pots from hortology and I can’t recommend them enough. My plants were delivered in excellent packaging and were in perfect condition as was my ceramic pot I ordered. They will be my first go to company when I’m ordering plant etc online.”

“I was contacted by Hortology to let me know that the item in stock was slightly damaged, and asked if I wanted a refund, 10% off or wait for a new imminent delivery. This was excellent customer service and I decided to wait, which wasn't very long. My pot arrived a week later and was superbly packaged to protect the contents. When ordering indoor plant pots check your space, I just went for the largest pot available and it is the size of a small coffee table 😁 Very beautiful though. The aftercare advice given by Hortology is also excellent and ensures that my pot will stay pristine for years to come. Excellent service and quality product at a reasonable price.”
