“Extremely impressed, I had questions prior to purchase which were all answered efficiently & helpfully. The plant and pot arrived in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier. Having searched and searched, Hortology had the best selection of houseplants and pots, due to this being an expensive purchase I wanted, ideally, to be able to purchase the pot and plant from the same company to ensure the right sized pot - not only was I able to do this, even if I were just after a pot, the selection they had was impressive. Would definitely purchase from Hortology again.”

“Excellent service and very quick. I was advised the plant was not up to their standards and gave me the choice with a very fair discount. The Banana Palm is already doing very well. The staff - enthusiastic and thorough. Very good.”

“The website was clear and precise, making it easy to find a pet friendly house plant at an affordable price. Delivery time was amazing also. The money plant lost two leaves a day on week 1. Lost 1 leaf a day on week 2 No leaves lost on week 3 Sprouted new leaves on week 4. Incredibly happy with the results all around.”

“Although there were no issues with delivery and I love the planter I bought, I feel aggrieved about being mis-sold the pot liner. Below the description it was advised that the pots, because of the way they are made aren’t guaranteed to be watertight and a plastic liner should be used inside the pot. The suggested liner for my pot size was £6. When I received my pot not only was there a label that said 100% watertight, but due to the shape of my pot, the liner was distorted and would have interfered with the root growth. A waste of money and a waste of plastic.”

“The best quality of plants and also not expensive. Well packed and shipped and delivered so quickly within 2 days. I ordered Grape ivy and satin pothos. This is the best quality and plant size little larger than quoted in the website but very much glad to see healthy plants”
