“The plantpots are beautiful. The liners are flimsy and not worth the money. I'd like to see the liners being given away with the pots which would be a great incentive to buy more.”

“I recently ordered a pot which was delivered by DHL broken. I emailed Hortology over the bank holiday and they contacted me on the Tuesday I sent some photos and the same day, I received an apology and said they will replace it or give me a refund. Great customer service”
