“Very disappointed. Wrong address and postcode put on package so I had a very trying time finding out where it had been delivered and then picking it up from that address. Not a good enough service to use you again. Sorry.”

“Absolutely love the house plants I ordered! They arrived in perfect condition—so healthy and full of life. They’ve been thriving ever since and have brightened up my space beautifully. Highly recommend if you’re looking for gorgeous, easy-to-care-for greenery!”

“The plants came in excellent condition. The plant pot is gorgeous and looks great with the fern in it in my sitting room. A problem with the mister was quickly resolved. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the mister is not great quality but other than that 5 stars”

“I am so thrilled to have received my beautiful plant which has been difficult to find. A little expensive but overall well worth it. As well as the plant having been difficult to find, I found on arrival that it was a beautiful mature plant, looking very lush with plenty of growth. It was very well packaged to minimise the risk of any damage....none having occurred. The other thing I really appreciated was that Horology delayed sending my plant because of an exceptionally cold snap, which they feared might damage the plant. Over all, absolutely delighted”

“They waited until the minus weather had improved before delivery which was great, I had a slight issue with one plant BUT hortology was very helpful and quickly sent me another plant, I could have had my money back but I would have only brought another plant anyway. I will definitely be ordering again after that experience, it's hard to find a trusted supplier and i think I have.”

“This is my 3rd pot, great quality, this terracotta pot is better than expected, such a beauty! I needed customer service advice this time and I was being rather cheeky, asking advice regarding a Kentia Palm I purchased elsewhere and at that point, still hadn’t had a response back, Ellen from Hortology got straight back to me, answering all my questions and more, she offered great suggestions too. Geat service and quality pots, highly recommend.”
