“I’m extremely happy with my recent houseplant order! The plants, and pots, arrived in perfect condition, healthy and very well-packed. The selection was exactly as described. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to add some greenery to their home! Will definitely order from here again.”

“I purchased a cactus, the packaging was very poor and it arrived very damaged, I asked for a replacement and for it to be correctly packaged this time .but this was also damaged, so I received a refund less this shipping costs. Not sure why I had to pay the shipping as it was the only item I purchased. This all took a long time to sort - I had emailed them directly but they said they didn't receive them.. something wrong with their email system ? Emails did work when I emailed them through their contact form. In the meantime I did contact them via Facebook and their social media person was helpful”

“Plant arrived in not great condition due to how poorly packaged it was for winter conditions. A box with grab hole gaps in the cardboard with plastic wrap and nothing else in winter is madness. Won’t order again I’m afraid.”
