“I received my plant in poor condition reported it straight away was told if I had read the conditions it says it can be nearly dead when you receive it . After trying to revive it what leafs are left have gone all brown! If this is posting plants go to your local garden centre and bring it home yourself. Unhappy customer Robert”

Hi Robert, Thank you for your order and review. We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Pachira that you have received. We truly regret any misunderstanding that occurred when you reached out to us concerning the state of your plant upon arrival. As your initial contact with us was in regards to leave loss and one leaf being damaged we did advise that unfortunately due to the fragile nature of the stems and leaves of the Pachira, some leaf/stem loss/damage may occur despite our best efforts to avoid this. Please rest assured that we thoroughly inspect the health of all our plants before they are sent out, as we aim to deliver them in the best possible condition. We have reached out to you directly regarding the issue of the browning leaves and will of course work with you to resolve things. Your Hortology team

“So I am in no way an expert on plants/ pots or any related products. This was my first time investing in a plant pot and I was trying super hard to make sure I found the plant pot that matched the aesthetic of the room. I searched everywhere on the internet and couldn't find a plant pot I liked that was affordable. There was a couple I found online but I could not justify the price. In the end I managed to find Hortology and I was super impressed, I went from struggling to find the right plant pot, to struggling which plant pot to pick there were 3 strong contenders. In the end I had to photo shop all three into space to see which looked the best. I did upon checkout have some difficulty their seemed to be an error with my discount code which initially went through. I contacted customer service and I was fully supported by a 'Allix'. Super understanding and helped me with my query. Product arrived very quick. AND THE PRODUCT IS AMAZING!!! I LOVE IT! The quality, the color its great, I've told all my friends about it (I'm transitioning from early 20's to late 20's haha). I will deffo be using them again. Price great. Quality of product fantastic. Customer service brilliant.”

“The customer service is excellent - there was a defect on the plant pot and I was offered a good discount. The shipping was prompt and the packaging was very robust. I’m definitely going back for more plants and pots!”

“Really excellent shopping experience. They have a huge range of houseplants and beautiful pots. The plants are healthy and exactly as described. The packaging was done with real care and attention. There was a slight issue with the delivery date which was immediately rectified; communication with their customer service team was extremely efficient and polite. I would highly recommend using this company for your houseplants!”
