“Excellent service and communication from Hortology. They only had one of the pot I'd ordered and Allix emailed me to let me know that it was flawed, offering either an alternative pot or discount on the one ordered. I chose an the same design in a different colour, which was speedy dispatched. My daughter is very happy with her present!”

“The plant arrived in an awful condition. So many leaves off plus flowers. On looking at the amount of soil in the bottom of the box it looked as if the plant had at one time been stored upside down. As the plant had a wrapper around the pot and plant this was the only way the soil would have come out. I have never had such a bad delivery before. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered 9 decorative indoor pots from Hortology very recently. They arrived within next 5 working days in pristine condition. I was very impressed with the packaging, I was kept updated about the arrival of my items. The delivery was very smooth, I had no problems dealing with hortology or the company they use to deliver our order. I have bought planters from hortology twice before. I find them a bit pricey but I like their products and very impressed with their service. I wish them good luck and a Merry Christmas! Thank you.”

“The pots I received were beautiful , and I don't think I've ever received a parcel so well wrapped. I've already started using the boxes and the paper "bubble wrap substitute" to make smaller boxes for sending parcels. Fab-u-lous!”

“I bought the Lindy plant pot (ochre) as a Christmas gift. It’s very nice but a little disappointed as the ochre colour is not as bright as in the website picture. It will still be given as a gift. Excellent delivery service.”

“Great pot but it was too big .. didn't realise I had to pay for returns which cost 20 pounds it's a shame about that as makes me reluctant to reorder in the future in case you don't like the products”
