“The website is easy to navigate and is well set out. In addition the prices are competitive and a wide choice is available. The delivery was prompt and we were kept up to date throughout. The only complaint was that the plants weren't packaged very well.”

“It would have been 5* as the plant is perfect, well formed and super healthy. However the experience was let down by the packaging, whilst well secured in the box there was no consideration for the retention of the compost, which was bone dry, and since the box had clearly been upside down at some point was more in the bag than the pot. Fortunately delivery was swift so no harm done just a slightly messy job of washing the plant and re-repotting.”

“Top quality house plant compost. I repotted my Monstera about 10 days ago and it's thriving. I'll be doing same for my Alocasia soon. I also bought a super plant pot which has a clever built in system to make sure the roots do not get too wet. My order arrived extremely well packed.”

“I ordered a Christmas cacti and a Peace Lily. The Peace Lily is beautiful, unfortunately the wrong pot size for the Christmas cacti was delivered but good customer service after informing hortology about this means I am happy with the outcome and I know from having shopped here before they have high standards. Before ordering I also asked for advice on plant care and received a very helpful reply. Many thanks, see you again!”

“My first time using Hortology and I was very impressed. My Snake Plant was in excellent condition and the packaging was really effective in protecting the plant in its box. Given the size of the specimen, it was great value for money compared to smaller specimens seen in garden centres.”

“Ordered a pot and supplements for my plants. After applying supplements my plants look much healthier. Pot was very nice, the only problem is internet part ordered with the pot for putting plat is much smaller than the pot.”
