“Stunning, plants arrived securely packaged and in good order. With a little water, they all perked up and sparkled. I ordered 6 plants, all were full bodied, healthy and fabulous. I loved the ability to select the plants by room and for me, dog friendly, and for a shaded spot. Great way to purchase without too much knowledge. Highly recommended.”

“This is my second order with Hortology - I have purchased a plant and two pots. The plant is really healthy in fact it’s in the reception in my clinic which I opened for the first time on Saturday and quite amazing and how many people commented on how healthy it looked. The plant pots are, I would say, a little bit more special than what I have seen in the shops . Lovely quality and they are well represented on the website.”

“Both plant and pot arrived on time and in excellent condition. The plant was healthy, as large as advertised and completely undamaged: the pot was elegant and a perfect match. I couldn't be more satisfied with the goods and service I received from Hortology. And a word of praise too for the courier firm engaged by Hortology which obviously took great care in delivering my order (and kept me accurately up-to-date with progress throughout the day of delivery)”

“This company is a real find I’ve contacted the staff by email and they’ve been super helpful. They seem to have stock that you just don’t see anywhere else.. There is a problem with one of my orders. The pot was slightly damaged. They did offer me a discount on the actual one which wasn’t quite enough for me so I’m now waiting for another one. From what I found out about them it will be sorted very quickly.”

“Lovely plants arrived in excellent condition. The pots were beautiful too. Delivery took a week but good things are worth waiting for. I was somewhat disappointed that one plant, which I had been waiting on notification for because it was out of stock, went out of stock again in less than 24 hours because staff were slow to reply to my email requesting it be added to my order. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.”

“Thank goodness for Hortology! One of my houseplants had grown way too big for my regular supplier's stock of indoor plant pots, and was threatening to burst out of its grow-pot. Pots this big aren't easy to find, but I spotted one on Hortology's website. The website gave important dimension information, so I could feel confident that I'd chosen the right size. It was delivered within the expected timescale, and looks fantastic with the decor in my room.”

“Bought a Snake Moonshine plant I ask them to please not!Water it before transit as this can cause Root Rot. So my plant came nice and dry and now is thriving”

“The plant arrived with a a few broken leaves as the packaging didn't protect them from being bent. 3 Litres of clay pebbles was not enough to fill the pot (I had to use 6L in the end). It took a lot longer than expected to get the plant delivered. Overall, a bit disappointed with the experience.”
