“Historically, the orders I have placed have been excellent and arrived in great condition. This time, however, the plant was not the height advertised, had broken stems, and the nursery pot was also broken. Sadly, I won’t order from Hortology in the future. 22.02.22 update - Hortology issued an apology and part refund.”

“I recently bought two sets of planters from Hortology and was super impressed with the support I got from Danielle, who looks after their customer service, throughout - answering my questions, helping navigate unexpected challenges and making sure everything was okay. Whilst it was a slightly more epic purchase experience than expected, I was really grateful to Hortology and Danielle for making it a successful one”

“Very pleased with the quality of the pots, so much so I've ordered several more! Their customer service is excellent, I got emailed to notify me that there was some slight damage to one of the pots and promptly offered an extra 15% discount if I wanted to go ahead - this is exactly how you should be treating your customers (which a lot of online companies do not do)!. The Pots were well packaged & generally a speedy delivery - no wonder a lot of their items are always out of stock!”

“Arrived looking quite disheveled and some leaves bent and broken. One had all its stems bent badly in the packaging and subsequently a few leaves turned brown within a few days.”
