“The web site is well designed to give clear product information. The pots are high quality. The order was processed in quick time,only a few days although it was just before Christmas. The packing was careful for a fragile object but not "over the top".”

“Though my plant was packaged with great care it arrived very dehydrated, as though it hadn't been watered in weeks. As I removed the plastic a lot of leaves dropped immediately. I know I can bring it back to health but this has put me off buying plants online with this seller.”
