“Always 5 stars! Love the pots and plants I've bought. Third time buying and is always now my first go to place for house plants and pots. Extremely well packaged, in an environmentally friendly way. “Absolutely delighted with my purchase of both an indoor plant and pot. My initial choice of pot had only one left which had small defects. I was contacted about this and sent several photos to see the defects for myself. As the plant and pot were a gift I was given the option to choose a different pot-my replacement pot was agreed upon and sent very quickly thereafter. Would recommend and intend to use Hortology again for further purchases.”

“I hadn’t heard of this website before but after using a search engine, I was drawn to a particular vase which happened to have the same name as my daughter. The package, including a plant was well secure and safely sent very quickly. I will definitely shop here again, only problem was there was too much to choose from!”

“Really healthy plants arrived in immaculate condition. I reckon the best I ve bought online with no comprises made extremely well packaged some of the larger specialist web sites could learn from and nice personal touches. For example they emailed to offer me an alternative to one of my plants as they were not satisfied with the quality to ensure it arrived on time or wait an extra week for replacement. I chose the later and the stags head fern I received was better than the one on the website.”
