“This was my first time ordering plants online and I was a little nervous about if they would suffer from the journey but I needn’t have been concerned. Ordered 5 plants from Hortology and they arrived within the 2 week window. All the plants were packaged well and arrived in good condition. They’ve now had time to settle into their new home and not only are they gorgeous but they are flourishing. I’m very happy with them and would definitely order again from Hortology.”

“I am a beginner plant owner and I loved the Hortology website to help guide me towards an easy-care. pet-friendly plant. I also liked the plant advice alongside each plant as well - a great reference point. The Hortology website made it easy to select a matching, right-sized pot in which to display my new plant. The plant itself came quickly and perfectly healthy, and seems to be thriving in my living room. Definitely a great experience and I will be buying more plants with Hortology in the future.”

“I was really pleased with the service. I purchased two trailing plants and two plant pots. Delivery was very quick even though I only paid for standard delivery, and the plants arrived very well packed and in brilliant condition. I will buy all my house plants from here on - price including delivery is cheaper than the high street I found”

“Very happy with my purchase, was a little worried about ordering real plants through the Mail but they were very well packaged and arrived in one piece. The plants themselves look very healthy and were - in my opinion - reasonably priced.”

“Hortology were great and extremely helpful and the plant is beautiful. I made an error in the address details that I provided, which they sorted with no fuss. 5 stars except: They were badly let down by their delivery partner (APC) who left the plant with a neighbour but with no notification to us... and a website that didnt work... so we had to contact Hortology to get them to tell us where the plant had been left.”

“Very good collection of pots and plants, all arrived well packaged. Possibly a bit well packaged in the case of the plants which were a bit squashed in places. Also please can you switch to a non plastic tape to hold the plants in place.”

“Really happy with my fig tree. It arrived very protectively packaged and in great shape! Bought a pot for it to sit in which is also lovely and good quality. There was a small issue with the courier delivery of the tree and staff at Hortology sorted it immediately- great service and communication. I highly recommend Hortology!”

“Plant and ceramic pots arrived very well packaged and were of good quality. The plastic inserts however were less satisfactory. One needed cutting down despite purchasing the advised size, and the second was so flimsy, that the cut off bottom of a two litre drinks bottle would’ve been as good. Buy the plants and pots, don’t bother with the liners.”
