“I ordered a prickly cactus as a christmas present for a grandson! It arrived promptly and it is a lovely looking cactus - very healthy. Gave it to grandson on sunday and he was absolutely thrilled. We have named it Eric by the way!”

“I had placed an order for a plant and pot not noticing that the pot that would have been too small for the plant. Esther emailed me asking if they were intended to go together to bring it to my attention that the pot was too small. Fantastic customer service avoiding any disappointment on delivery.
