“2 out of 3 pots were really lovely. Third I didn’t like but the return cost means it’s not worth sending it back. Returns aren’t free which is a pity as I’d use them more if they were.”

“I was thrilled with my order - it was so well packaged that the plants arrived in perfect condition and were of exceptional quality. I had had ot wait a little longer because, as explained on the website, some plants have to be sourced but the order arrived within 7 days of my placing it. The pots I had ordered were exactly to the colour as shown on the website (which is great!) and were of very nice quality and worth the money. The service and plants, etc. were so good that I immediately placed another order (which arrived within 48 hours) and will hope to do so in the furture. Would highly recommend.”

“Plants were sent as a surprise birthday gift..Fantastic packing very fast delivery. I then ordered 2 pots which again arrived in 2 days , I had also ordered 2 pot liners and on only receiving 1 I Emailed on the Sunday and received the missing one on the Tuesday. My plants [Palms] are thriving at the moment. The only thing I would say is it would be a help to include some instructions on how to look after them in with the order. Would recommend this company.”

“I received a very healthy and good looking plant, plus the pot I had ordered, on time and in brilliant packaging that ensured there was absolutely no risk of damage in transit. Not cheap, but not overpriced; you get what you pay for and this was money very well spent. Well done, Hortology. I shall look forward to using you again.”

“I was unhappy with my order as I felt the pictures were a poor reflection of the surface quality of the pot I ordered. The packaging was also 3x the size of the order and the plastic pot inserts I ordered were cracked. However, I received a full refund immediately.”
