Hello Dennis, Thank you for your order and review. We are sorry to hear about your Alocasia, Alocasia in general do tend to lose some leaves during their dormancy phase in the winter months. Leaves will yellow slightly and fade away and your plant will then generate new growth in the Spring. We have reached out to you directly for more info as we would love to get this resolved for you.
