“I got a gift card for Christmas, I had never heard of this website before but I am sooo impressed with the service! The range of plants are amazing and the information on each one and how to care for them is very helpful! The delivery was super quick and they arrived in great condition. Overall I would 10/10 recommend!!”

“I ordered two large palms which were delivered and left at the front door. They had possibly been in the cold for some time prior to delivery. In any event both palms lost all their vegetation and are in a sorry state. Barely alive despite being brought immediately in to the warmth and watered carefully. The third plant , an aspidistra is fine. I don’t know how to get a refund.”

Hello James, Thank you for your order and review. I am sorry to hear you Kentia palms were victim of cold damage during transit during that exceptionally cold spell. We have spoken directly with you to resolve this and please know all of our plants are kept in a temperature controlled plant room which never drops any lower than 18 degrees. “All the staff I was in contact with at Hortology were exceptionally helpful when I wanted to arrange delivery for a specific day and for help with applying a discount code and in selecting the correct plant pot size. The plant itself arrived in good condition, and both plant and pot look beautiful in my mum's new house. She is very happy with them. Thank you Hortology.”
