The plants are great quality and good value. I’m disappointed with the pots - the colour is less vibrant and different from all the website views, much less green and more grey. But they are good quality and the website and service was excellent, although way too much packaging for the pots was used.

Hello Claire, Thank you for your order and review, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with your Olive Green - Thies Plant pot. The vast majority of our pots are handmade and we do mention "handmade - every one is unique. Slight imperfections and variations may occur in colour, shape and size" on their page https://hortology.co.uk/collections/all/products/thies-plant-pot-olive-green Packaging, pots and transport create an interesting mix, whilst the packaging may seem excessive it is absolutely necesary to keep those pots intact during transit. We have spent a lot of time testing and developing our packaging to ensure this is optimal, both from a protective but also from an environmental perspective. Bit disappointed with the satin pothos. It doesn't have roots and the stems were just planted loosely in the top of the soil. Would have expected better from an expensive company.

Great quality and service, plant arrived well packed and protected. Overnight service so no transportation issues as kept to a minimum. Contacted by Hortology as the pot I selected was the wrong size, corrected and order then dispatched, great experience and I am very grateful as any return is a painful process, which was averted by great service upfront.

Really great customer service, very quick replies and very friendly. Dispatched quickly though did get caught up with second hand delivery service delays. Plant pot very well packaged with no plastic and reusable paper. The plant pot is really lovely and well made and though the product is unique due to glaze, it was happily very similar to picture on site. Felt like a risk ordering this online and it was pricey (now reassured it's worth it as it's great quality) and non refundable. But confident enough I would order again from this site. Thanks!

Ordered a turqoise/antique bronze plant pot for my stepmother for her birthday and I just know that she will love it! Great quality and pretty unique item, rapid dispatch and delivery as well, also very carefully packaged, would definitely order from here again :)

I was disappointed as the plant had a few buds but most had fallen off. I was hoping to have had it in flower for Christmas but the remaining buds fell off so no flowers at all. Very disappointing after seeing the photo when I ordered the Christmas cactus and having paid over£15 for it.

I am sorry to hear your Christmas cactus has lost flower buds in transit, they are delicate plants and we do mention this bud loss in transit on on their page https://hortology.co.uk/products/schlumbergera-christmas-cactus-white Though great to hear it still has some flower buds. Their flowering season is quite long from the start of November - January and their flowers aren't permanent, naturally dying back in around 6 weeks time.
