“I ordered a dozen of plants of all shapes and sizes for our office. I couldn’t be more pleased. The delivery was timely, the plants were well protected and they look superb ! I also praise the staff who got in touch with me when I placed my order to let me know that one if the plant looked a bit tired and they sent me photos of a great alternative. This is now my go to plant supplier !”

“I was looking for a large plant pot and couldn’t believe I found the exact match to some tea light holders I have from years ago. Placed the order and was kept up to date throughout. The pot arrived a few days later well packaged and look great. Will definitely use this company again…brilliant”

“I returned to Hortology when looking for a good quality plant pot with a retro look. The chive was excellent. Although the size pot I required was not immediately available I received a message within a week or so to state that it was back in stock. The pot arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.”

“The two pots that I ordered arrived quickly and in good condition. Sadly the plant I ordered was a bit battered and a few strands had fallen off. It doesn't look like an overly healthy plant.”

Hello Suzie, Thank you for your order and review. The Aeschynanthus Rasta - Lipstick plant foliage is fragile and can damage in transit unfortunately due to its very fragile stems and foliage. Despite our best efforts to protect the plant during its journey we are aware that some leaf loss and stem damage is likely and we therefore explain this on the product page, as we would rather be up front that this will happen.
