“Plants all arrived in good health. Packing was very good, all sealed with tape in one box that stopped them tipping up. Only criticism is that there is no labelling on any of the plants. I obviously know what I ordered and can look them up but everywhere else I’ve bought plants they always come with a tag of some sort with name of plant and care instructions.”

With regards to the plants identity this is something we include in gift items so the recipient is aware of the plants they are receiving. With regards to care instructions we’d rather not send unnecessary paperwork for environmental reasons – the website has all the info you need. Each plants page has all of its care requirements on. “My peperomia plant arrived poorly potted up as if it was just done the day it was sent out for delivery, so the compost was loose and the plant was out of the pot when I opened it. The plant has since dropped most of it’s leaves. So I’m not too impressed with the quality. One positive was the quick delivery.”

“Good service. Item was very well packed and easy to unpack. Only thing I would say is that there were no care instructions included. I know it’s fairly obvious how to look after a plant but they are all different so surprised this wasn’t in there.”

“Really well packaged, speedy delivery. Plants are healthy and as pictured and described. I would say avoid sizing up on the pots. A cosy fit is better ☺️ the pots were affordable compared to lots of other places. The mister was a lil cheap looking for the cap. Looks like plastic.”

“The product is nice, very happy with my plant pot! One thing though, it would be great to have an easy free returns option as sometimes it’s difficult to nail the right types/sizes from online descriptions. I paid £5 for delivery, and then another money to return/exchange.”

“I have ordered a couple of Jordy plant pots in forest green, and they are gorgeous. The colour and glaze really does look good. The service was great and delivery too. I have been looking again on the website, to see what I can get next. They have such lovely things, sometimes it's hard to choose.”
